Working closely with the Hospital andnetwork partners, Red X Carbon:

  • Deployed Microsoft 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
  • Implemented Intune and Windows Autopilot to enable  zero-touch device provisioning
  • Designed cloud-based security and compliance controls aligned  with healthcare needs
  • Coordinated tightly with construction and networking timelinesto avoid delays
  • Provided training and guidance to support a major operational shift away from on-premises systems

The environment was intentionally designedfor long-term managed services, with Red X Carbon remaining accountablefor ongoing operations and device management.

Result

The healthcare client launched one o fOntario’s first cloud-first hospitals, with no on-site servers and a fully operational digital workplace from day one. Approximately several hundred staff members were enabled on a modern, secure platform that continues to be managed by Red X Carbon today.
